Proactively sourcing defines a SROCI strategy to find the best talent. As an RPO provider, we used extensive databases, networking, data mining, social media platform, and existing applicant tracking system to source out and identify the highly qualified candidate for each position.
Once the soft skills, technical skills and job attributes for a candidate have been identified, SROCI rigorous selection process which includes interviews, assessments, reference checks and employment background checks are done to create a pool of talent that will be a good fit for the position and organization.
